5 Animals Frolics

The next 5 Animals Frolics Chi Kung workshop is to be determined. The class running time is about 2 to 2 ½ hours and is held at the school.

The cost is approximately $30/35 depending on attendence. The October date will be determined later.

TAI-CHI RULER SHOPWORK

The latest Tai Chi Ruler 'ShopWork' held on October 25^th with many new participants attending. We revisited the Ruler's history and benefits, discussed the fundamentals of motion and the 2nd ruler exercise called 'Horizontal Fishing' was studied in depth. In addition several supplement exercises were introduced to the class.

Learn this rare and powerful system from a long term student of B. P. Chan through a series of 'ShopWorks' over the next few years. Running Time approximately two hours.
