5 Animals Frolics
The oldest written exercise program for preventive medicine. This is an ancient exercise based on the natural movements and postures of five different animals. The animal forms include the Bear, Deer, Crane, Tiger, and Monkey
The 5 Animals Frolics Chi Kung workshop is held at the school monthly. Running time is about 2 to 2 ½ hours.

TAI-CHI RULER WORKSHOP
Due to the popularity of the ta-chi ruler class it is now held monthly with a runnig time of about 1 hour.
During each class we explore this wonderful and rare system of Chi Kung which consists of eight supplemental and twelve primary exercises.
Our guide is a long time practitioner of Chi Kung. New students are always welcome
The Tai Chi Ruler class is held at the school monthly and the running time is about 1 to 1 ½ hours. |
